3. Review and publication

Submitting an application does not guarantee that the business will be published.

SamuiDeals may approve, reject, delay, edit, categorise, or remove a listing to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across the platform.

4. Listing content

SamuiDeals may use submitted information and publicly available business information, including details from Google Maps, websites, and social media, to create or update the listing.

SamuiDeals may edit wording, formatting, images, categories, and presentation for clarity and consistency.

5. Photos and materials

Any photos, logos, text, or other materials provided must be owned by the business or used with appropriate permission.

By submitting materials, the business gives SamuiDeals permission to use them for the listing and related promotion of that business on SamuiDeals.

6. Free and featured listings

A free listing does not automatically include booking support, priority placement, advertising, or partnership benefits.

Featured or promotional options may be offered separately and may have additional terms or fees.

7. Booking partnerships

A published listing does not automatically make the business a booking partner.

Booking partnerships, commissions, payments, availability handling, and customer coordination require a separate agreement or approval process.

8. Removal and suspension

SamuiDeals may update, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, closed, misleading, unsafe, duplicated, or no longer useful to customers.

A business may request reasonable updates or removal by contacting SamuiDeals.

9. No guarantee of results

SamuiDeals does not guarantee views, enquiries, customers, bookings, revenue, rankings, or placement from any listing.

10. Third-party information

Information such as opening hours, prices, ratings, reviews, links, and contact details may come from third-party platforms and can change.

Businesses remain responsible for keeping their information accurate.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the application is handled according to the SamuiDeals Privacy Policy.
