1. Overview

These Booking Partner Terms govern participation in the SamuiDeals Booking Partner Program.

By submitting an application, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the business and agree to these Terms.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or partnership.

2. Eligibility

To become a booking partner, you must:

• Operate or provide services in Koh Samui.

• Be authorised to represent the business.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Be able to communicate with SamuiDeals regarding bookings.

  
  

3. Application & Approval

All applications are reviewed individually.

SamuiDeals may approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Approval may depend on factors including:

• Service quality

• Customer experience

• Availability

• Business reputation

• Suitability for the platform

  
  

4. Booking Process

SamuiDeals operates a manual booking process.

For each booking request:

1. A traveller submits a booking request.

2. SamuiDeals contacts the partner to confirm availability.

3. The partner confirms whether the booking can be accepted.

4. The customer is asked to make payment only after availability is confirmed.

5. SamuiDeals sends the final booking confirmation.

A booking is not confirmed until availability has been verified.

5. Availability

Booking partners remain responsible for maintaining accurate availability.

Partners may accept or decline booking requests based on actual availability.

SamuiDeals cannot guarantee booking volume or a minimum number of bookings.

6. Pricing

Partners agree to provide accurate pricing.

If prices change, partners should notify SamuiDeals as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers should not be charged differently from the confirmed booking price unless agreed before confirmation.

7. Commission

Commission arrangements are agreed during the partnership onboarding process.

Commission rates may vary depending on the service, booking type, or commercial agreement.

Payment schedules and commission reporting will be communicated after approval.

8. Customer Communication

SamuiDeals manages the initial booking request and customer communication.

Partners may communicate directly with customers when necessary to deliver the booked service.

9. Service Responsibility

Booking partners remain responsible for:

• Delivering the booked service.

• Customer safety.

• Required licences and permits.

• Insurance where applicable.

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  
  

10. Business Information

Partners grant SamuiDeals permission to display the information they provide, including:

• Business name

• Description

• Photos

• Pricing

• Contact information

• Website and social media links

SamuiDeals may edit formatting or wording for clarity and consistency while preserving the original meaning.

11. Suspension or Removal

SamuiDeals may suspend or remove a booking partner for reasons including:

• False or misleading information.

• Repeated customer complaints.

• Failure to respond to booking requests.

• Poor service quality.

• Fraudulent behaviour.

• Breach of these Terms.

  
  

12. Limitation of Liability

SamuiDeals acts as a booking and marketing platform.

Partners remain fully responsible for the services they provide.

SamuiDeals is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from services delivered by booking partners.

13. Changes to These Terms

SamuiDeals may update these Booking Partner Terms from time to time.
