Secret Buddha Garden, also known as Tarnim Magic Garden, is a private sculpture garden high in Koh Samui’s interior. It was created by local durian farmer Khun Nim Thongsuk, who began building the garden in 1976.

The grounds contain weathered statues of Buddhas, deities, animals, musicians and other figures spread through a shaded jungle setting with paths, streams and small waterfalls. It feels very different from the island’s beach attractions and is one of Samui’s more unusual inland stops.
