Overview
Overview
Natien Beach is a small, quiet stretch of Koh Samui’s southeast coast with very little commercial development. The shoreline combines grey-yellow sand, tropical greenery and scattered boulders, with long sections where you may see only a handful of other visitors. It is better suited to relaxing, reading, walking and photography than a busy beach day with lots of facilities.

What to expect
What to expect
Expect a natural and lightly developed beach rather than a resort-style shoreline. Swimming can be limited at low tide because the water is shallow and the entry is rocky. There are no rows of sunbeds or major public facilities, so bring water and anything else you need for your visit.
SamuiDeals Tip
Come around higher tide if you want to enter the water. At low tide the sea becomes very shallow and rocks are more exposed, but that can also make the beach especially peaceful for walking and photos.
